**The Role**

This is a wonderful opportunity to take your career in Quality with Synlait in Dunsandel.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, the main responsibilities in this role include
- Maintaining a good understanding of critical quality processes
- Investigating, Providing Solutions and Reporting issues within the production and quality units on site
- Identification of root causes and corrective and preventative actions.
- Innovation through continuous improvement
- Positive management of problems and people

Key to your success will be your proactive response to aiding others in their learning and your ability to build strong and supportive relationships with internal and external teams.

**Skills and Experience**

Please be aware this role is predominantly based in Dunsandel, where you will have the options of free parking and ECharging, or the Synlait Shuttle to get to work

To be considered for this role will require
- Experience in a food/dairy manufacturing environment
- Proven knowledge of food safety and HACCP systems
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word
- The ability and enthusiasm to learn and aid others learning proactively
- Pride in your work and the accomplishments you achieve

A tertiary education in Dairy/Food Science or Technology is highly regarded in this role as is previous auditing experience.
