**The Role**

Synlait are seeking an EDec Specialist to join our small, professional and engaged team on a 12 month fixed term contract at our Dunsandel based site.

Reporting to the Senior EDec Specialist your responsibilities will include
- Creation of all eligibility documents for Synlait
- Understanding the different requirements under the Official Assurance Specifications for Dairy
- Responding to customer queries in set timeframes
- Keeping ahead of the game with research and innovation around dairy export requirements

This role is pivotal to the export quality of Synlait products and process and will suit a responsible team player who has the highest attention to detail, is organised and able to communicate honestly, in a fast-paced agile environment.

Please be advised this role will require weekend work on a rotating rostered shift basis. There is however the opportunity for some work from home flexibility and also free car parking and ECharging facilities onsite.

**Skills and Experience**

To be considered for this position will require
- Previous experience working with AP E-cert, OMARS and Official Assurance Specifications
- Dairy industry experience is preferable but not necessary
- Microsoft Office Suite skills
- The ability to work at pace with pride and quality in a commercial environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills up and down a company structure.
