**About the role...**
Based at our office in Christchurch, we are searching for a part-time AP Clerk. The primary purpose of this role is to process and pay creditor invoices for multiple Rip Curl entity’s using our ERP software. It will involve assisting with the existing team’s workload to allow team to transition work into

a different ERP system. Day to day responsibilities include;
- Process a large volume of supplier invoices and credits
- Assist with processing invoices for other areas of the business as directed from the existing accounts payable team
- Make weekly and monthly payment runs to suppliers through our ERP software and banking platforms
- Routine reconciliation of supplier statements and follow up on any issues as appropriate
- Ensure delegation of authority & company approval policies are followed and unauthorised invoices are forwarded to the responsible team member for payment approval
- Complete month end processes including journal processing
- Address and respond to employee/creditor enquiries in a timely manner and follow up any outstanding items with responsible personnel
- Regular filing of unpaid invoices and payments and archiving at month and year end
- Follow company policies regarding protocols for change in supplier bank details

**About you...**
You will have previous experience in Accounts payable or similar book keeping role and have demonstrated strong computer skills (experience with ERP systems and MS Office suites preferred).You will have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills combined with a high level of attention to detail with high standard of numerical and written accuracy

Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks will be key to being successful in this role along with a team player attitude to support the team during this period.
