- Currently we are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team in a 12-month fixed term part time contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong Accounts Payable experience eager to work in a supportive, dynamic environment. In this high-volume transactional AP role you will be responsible for processing documents, supporting stakeholders with purchasing, invoice and effective account management. Some of your day-to-day duties may include:_
- Accurate and efficient processing of all vendor documents
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Reconciliation of account statements
- Responding to account queries and follow up
- Identification, investigation, and resolution of unmatched invoices and exceptions

**About you**
- You will have a minimum of 2 years AP experience under your belt, ideally within a high-volume environment as well as;_
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed Excel skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work collaboratively
- An enthusiastic, customer focused and self-motivated personality
- An ability to multitask and meet deadlines, in a busy and agile environment
