Our Whanganui Depot are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a Health and Safety adminstration background, who will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to our customers by resolving enquiries and providing solutions.

**In this dynamic role you will**:

- Drive continuous improvement of workplace health & safety performance by focussing on injury prevention and early intervention.
- Deal with callers in a professional manner ensuring a positive experience for the customer
- Record in the database the outcomes of the query, complaint etc, passing this on to the Team Leader so they can collate it or direct to the relevant part of CourierPostwhere appropriate
- Contribute to projects to improve processes
- Accurately handle and account for cash and other transactions

Some of the key things you'll possess to successfully perform this role include:

- Available to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday 8am-12pm
- Full Class 1 Drivers License would be an advantage
- Experience in customer service or contact centre roles Experience resolving customer complaints
- Adminstration experience in Health & Safety
- Quality Systems - quality improvement processes
- Customer Service - customer inquiry / claim experience / complaint resolution System Knowledge Experienced in the use of Microsoft Software packages
- Decision Making
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Time management, organisational and priority setting skills
