Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity
This is a unique Contact Centre opportunity for someone interested in making a difference to the future of health in Aotearoa. The Contact Centre is a ‘public face' of Te Whatu Ora and a key contact point for our communities.
The Customer Service Representative provides a professional, high quality and consistent customer experience to our diverse range of customers. The position operates in a multi-channel environment and supports customers across a wide range of health services providing appropriate information, advice and education.
This role is based in Whanganui and you will be based at the Contact Centre day-to-day.
Mōu | About you
You have previous experience of working with customers and offering great service. You enjoy working in a team environment that is busy and fast paced. Staying composed when managing multiple priorities is something you excel at, and you're able to deal with complaints and issues in a calm and considered way.

This role requires and/or would benefit from the following
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a willingness to learn and grow
- Strong computer and admin skills
- An ability to communicate well with a diverse range of people
