As the Customer Service Representative, you will support our valued customers with their banking needs, including but not limited to, online banking queries, assisting with bank card queries, and general banking enquires such as bank statements. You will be the first point of contact for our face-to-face customers that enter the branch and will provide a refreshing and positive experience every time. You will also support the bank to grow business by identifying customer needs and referring them to the appropriate people to assist with their financial requirements.
