We're looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist who has a multiplicity of skills and experience under their belt to help us drive our marketing efforts forward. If you are a person that is process driven, creative and doesn't shy away from keeping workflow, campaign execution, and channel marketing in check and is data-driven, then we're interested to hear from you.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain an effective process for agency-to-university campaign traffic flow
- Provide marketing expertise, consultation, and marketing plans for your allocated portfolios
- Channel research, analytics, and reporting
- Work closely with the marketing, university colleges, domestic and international marketing and recruitment teams on the creation, messaging, and digital content for eDM's
- Utilise the university's CRM to implement and report eDM activity for campaigns and prospective student communication
- Support the promotion internally of our brand values in a manner that reinforces Massey's brand positioning

About you - Ko koe tēnei
- 8+ years' experience as a marketing or advertising professional managing campaigns with experience in account management. You may currently be in an advertising agency
- Strong experience with messaging, copy writing and marketing communication across digital, social media, content marketing, publications, and marketing automation
- You like data, measurement and analytics to help inform marketing activity
- Proven experience working across cultures and sensitivity to cultural differences
- Knowledge of Te Ao Māori highly beneficial
- Proven experience in building strong collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information in a concise and compelling manner
