**We are seeking for one motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team.**

You will be paid an hourly rate of **$30.00 to $33.00**depending on your experience and skill level.

You will be working in Auckland. This role will be a permanent, full time position and will be guaranteed 30 hours of work per week from Monday to Saturday but can be up to 40 hours weekly.

Paid fortnightly, 4 weeks annual leave, Statutory holidays, Sick and bereavement leave. Opportunities to upskill.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, or direct mail efforts.- Researchingmarket trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.- Developing marketing materials such as brochures, press releases, and promotional content.- Organising and managing marketing events like trade shows or product launches.- Analysing data to gauge the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making necessary adjustments.- Collaborating with other teams, like sales or design, to coordinate marketing efforts.- Minimum 3 years business experience or bachelor or above degree in business and marketing field- High attention to detail and strong multi-tasking skills;- Pro-active with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic;- Great communication skills and excellent time management skills;- Ensure all work is carried out in a professional manner;- Health and Safety conscious- An effective team player, able to follow instructions, prioritise workload and motivated to achieve output
