**Position Overview**:
As the Marketing Specialist at Ultra Car Collection, you will be instrumental in driving our marketing efforts, with a primary focus on managing our social media presence and executing online advertising campaigns, including Google search. This role will require creative content creation, strategic planning, and a strong analytical mindset to optimize our marketing strategies for maximum impact.
**Key Responsibilities**:
l Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to increase brand visibility and engagement
l Create captivating visual content (photos, videos, graphics) showcasing our services and facilities, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
l Manage online advertising campaigns, including Google search ads, to drive targeted traffic to our website and increase conversions.
l Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and promotional activities.
l Monitor and analyze social media and advertising metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
l Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, leveraging new tools and technologies to enhance our marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition.
**Criteria**
Bachelor’s degree in a field that is related to the key responsibilities of this role.
Alternatively, minimum of three years of relevant experience in marketing, with a focus on social media management and content creation.
Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro) is highly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to different audiences.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for automobiles and a genuine interest in the automotive industry is a plus.

This is a full time permanent position. You will be working in Avondale, Auckland, minimum 30 hours of work per week, earning $28-$35 per hour to start with.
