As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients. As most of our clients are not Asian, we are aiming to developing Asian market, the marketing specialist needs to have great communication skills and language ability to establish marketing channels for the Asian community in New Zealand and understand cultural impact for the delivering our services. A good understand of the Asian culture and community is essential.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. From digital marketing initiatives to traditional advertising channels, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and strategic thinking while making a significant impact on our business growth.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our services and enhance brand recognition.
- Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising, to drive traffic and generate leads.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and market positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously refine our marketing strategies and tactics.

Key Attributes Required:

- At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Chinese language ability will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track and measure campaign performance.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of diverse cultural backgrounds and their impact on production and services.

Our office is in Silverdale, Auckland. Working hours are 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The rate is $29.66 -$32.00 per hour based on skill.

The applicant should either be an NZ Resident or hold a valid work visa.
