H&H Pearl Supplier Limited is a well established pearl jewellery wholesale business, specializes in Black Tahitian pearl, Gold and White South Sea Pearl, Japanese Akoya Cultured Pearls, Fine quality of Chinese Fresh Water Pearl and pearl findings distributing domestically and internationally to the jewellery
trade and wholesale markets.

We are looking for a qualify **Marketing Specialist** to help the growth of our business and enhance our business image.
The position is Permanent, with 40 hours of work per week, shifting from Monday to Sunday, within the business hours.
- Must have Master degree in Advertising, Marketing or equivalent.
- Must have at least 12 months New Zealand relevant working experience.
- Excellent marketing skills to promote the business growth and enhance the awareness of business.
- Excellent knowledge in pearls.
- Excellent research skills to collect the marketing information.
- Excellent writing skills to create bilingual marketing contents.
- Passion on works and able to achieve the goals.
- Excellent problem solving skills and work independently.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively target both our Chinese and local New Zealand audiences, aiming to enhance brand awareness and deepen market penetration.
- Manage the creation of all bilingual marketing content, overseeing digital content, social media campaigns, and promotional materials to ensure they resonate with diverse audiences.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed on current trends and make necessary adjustments to marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure that marketing efforts are closely aligned with the company's business goals and product lines.
- Plan and participate in various promotional events and exhibitions to showcase our products to a broad audience.
- Maintain robust communication channels with media outlets, influencers, and marketing partners to promote brand visibility.
- Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to meet our strategic goals.

Term: Permanent full time position
Wage: $29.66-$32 per hour
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Shifted from Monday to Sunday
