As Assistant Service Manager, you are responsible for the Dealerships customer care in the Service Department. You are accountable to assist in the marketing, stock control, customer satisfaction, staff management and effectiveness of the service sales force across the dealership.
We require someone who is confident with a high level of professionalism and presentation, a polite demeanour, and a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
**|#The individual we are looking for will demonstrate the following#|**:
- Previous automotive industry experience
- Passion for customer service and be committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences
- The ability to multi-task and handle pressure
- Great communication skills
- Hunger and drive for success
- The right fit for our culture, and relate positively with staff, clients & contractors
- Be computer literate, good with numbers, accurate and have an eye for detail'
