**Responsibility**:
Cashing up all tills at the end of the shift
Assist the store manager in assigning, overseeing and evaluating staff duties
Recruit, train and coach new staff
Assist store manager by identifying and introducing new products in store
Assist store manager in discarding non-profitable products
Conducting verbal and written staff evaluation
Invoicing all debtors and preparing statements
Checking and processing all inward goods
Meeting and liaising with all suppliers
Reconciling creditors statements and checking all invoices
Attending customer complaints and also prepare sales reports
Implement service standard, ensure quality customer service is provided
Come up with special promotions, displays and other marketing plans
Ensure the store complies with all the health and safety regulations
Dealing with sales and advising about certain products, as and when required
**Requirement**:
Should be available to work weekdays and weekends according to the roster.
Good custormer service and interpersonal skills
Oraganised and capable of multitasking with attention to detail experience
Minimum 1 year experience required.
