Burnsco is New Zealand's biggest retailer of marine and motorhome accessories. We’re committed to continuous growth and development and due to an internal promotion we are fishing for a new Assistant Branch Manager for our popular Mt Wellington Store.
The position of Assistant Branch Manager offers the best of both worlds - you will have the opportunity to support our experienced Manager (including assisting with stock ordering and rostering your staff), but also represent a premier brand and have the support of a knowledgeable and supportive Regional Manager and Support Office.
This role will suit a confident, self-motivated person with strong retail experience, ready to take on the challenge of management - bonus, you'll have a deep knowledge of our product areas.

- be well immersed in our product areas with practical boating and fishing experience
- be keen to champion our customer service culture
- have many years of retail and management experience
