**What the Mahi looks like**

We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated Branch Manager to lead Aon’s Tauranga branch. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong business relationships with key collaborators across a portfolio of clients and internal and external partners.

This is a leadership role reporting into the Regional Manager.
- Accountability for growth, retention, and financial targets of the branch
- Effective client account planning
- Building and maintaining key strategic client and insurer relationships
- Providing a consultative approach around technical, managerial, product and educational support
- Identifying and driving new business activity for the branch
- Strategic planning to ensure continued success
- Effectively leading and building on the success of the Mt Manganui branch
- Building a supportive, fun, and winning team culture

- Tried experience in a similar role where you have led a team
- Ability to engage with senior team members and build strategic relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills
