- Managing financial performance of the branch (Profit and Loss)
- Ensuring the customer is at the heart of all we do
- Operational planning of people, resources & transport requirements
- Managing branch scoreboard KPI's - such as utilisation, claims/damages, Customer DIFOT, Safety, Customer Service
- Leading a safety culture throughout the branch and broader network
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and legislation
- Supporting national Branch and Regional networks to achieve success.

- 5+ years' leadership experience, ideally in a same / similar industry
- Building high performing teams
- Warehousing experience and working knowledge
- Excellence in strategic and financial planning

- Self-motivated
- High level of personal and team accountability
- Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment
