Social Media Executive

We want to be the best in our game in the social space and are looking for a passionate Social Media Executive to bring a fresh perspective and level-up content across ZURU Toys’ social media channels.

**What You'll Do**

Channel Management

Working closely with the Social Media Manager and Design Leads, you will take the lead on creating global content calendars by aligning with the wider content team on goals.

You’ll also be a driver of continuous improvement, reporting on industry and platform performance insights, ensuring ZURU is always leading the pack with our content and platform choices.

Content Creation

You will use your proven experience in creating and editing engaging social content to create world-class paid and organic TikTok content. Working on a global scale means you will create and publish ads for each of our markets across the globe, tailoring content to fit culture and language requirements.

As a passionate TikTok master, you will be the first to spot what’s trending by conducting weekly trend audits and monthly industry audits and adapting ZURU Toys content according to what is trending. As well as trend-spotting, you will play an integral role in content brokering, finding influencers to join you as the faces of our brands, and conducting regular platform sweeps for unpaid content.
**What You'll Bring**
- A passion for all things content, especially TikTok
- Creativity, excellent organisation skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and conflicting priorities
- Proven experience creating engaging social content that delivers results
- Tertiary qualifications in media or marketing are preferred, but not essential
