We are looking for a collaborative, detail oriented, nimble and enthusiastic Social Media & Co-Marketing Manager to support the marketing team in executing core projects and events. This individual will develop and implement a social media and co-marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and brand identity. Working collaboratively with a range of departments across the business as well as external partners, this role offers a range of depth, excitement and variety in a highly dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute social media and co-marketing campaigns, working with internal and external partners to establish strategy and goals.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, collaborating with internal and external partners to find new content opportunities that align with brand messaging.
- Manage and optimize company profiles on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube.
- Foster community engagement
- Use analytics tools to track and analyse social media performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and insights
- Build and nurture relationships with brand advocates and influencers both internal and external.
- Handle social media crises effectively and professionally
- Stay informed about industry trends, social media tools, and best practices
- Manage and allocate budgets for social media advertising and promotions

- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Strong on-the-ground execution skills at events and conferences.
- Basic understanding of computers and graphics creation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 3+ years of Social Media/Marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar
- Film & Entertainment experience a plus, but not mandatory
- Graphic Design experience (for creating social graphics) and/or editorial experience (for creating social video formats)
- Partnership and/or co-marketing experience
- Strong writing skills
