Our business is steadily growing. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Social Media Specialist to join us and help us drive success while delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulating, implementing, and managing advertising policies and campaigns to enhance sales objectives.
- Providing guidance to executives and clients on advertising strategies and campaigns aimed at reaching target markets, increasing consumer awareness, and effectively promoting product and service attributes. Coordinating production of advertising campaigns, such as artwork, copywriting, media scripting, and media placement.
- Developing and posting text, images, and videos aimed at promoting businesses, products, or services on social media and digital platforms to expand the audience, enhance brand recognition, and boost sales. Managing the timing and updates of marketing content on these platforms.
- Providing recommendations on various marketing components such as product assortment, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, sales channels, and distribution strategies.
- Investigating market potential and characteristics for new products and services and gathering and analyzing relevant data and statistics.
- Aiding business growth and development through the design and implementation of marketing strategies, policies, and initiatives.
- Initiating and conducting market research to uncover market opportunities for new and existing products and services.
- Tracking the performance of marketing initiatives, delivering regular reports, and offering insights as needed.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant bachelor or higher qualification.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Understanding each platform's unique features, audience, and best practices is essential. Experience in Chinese social media marketing, such as WeChat, Weibo, and Red is a plus.
- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
- Fluent speaking and writing skills in English and Mandarin.
- Good work attitude and good communication skills.
