Job Duties:

- **Content & Social Media Planning** - Develop an engaging content calendar that engages all digital marketing levers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Create content fit for purpose and channel.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Plan and execute the social media calendar, working collaboratively with the team to deliver engaging and compelling brand content across our social channels. Provide regular reporting on creative effectiveness and insights.
- **Paid Social Media Management** - Manage production and delivery of paid social and creative assets to drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversion.
- **Copywriting** - Plan, brief, and manage copywriting requirements for social content, including blogs and social media captions. And stand social trends to recommend social media content based on competitor and industry insights.
- **Community Management** - Engage with our followers and bring to life fan engagement across social and inside our new community channel.
- **Video Content production** - Create engaging video content for stories, reels, Tiktok & Pinterest, including filming, editing, and publishing.
- **Influencers and Events** - Build and manage influencer campaigns, promotions, and events.
- **Marketing Campaign & Planning** - Create social media marketing campaigns across our channels to meet our revenue goals and support the Marketing Manager with ad hoc marketing tasks.

**Social Media Marketing Skills and Qualifications**:
Degree in Communications or Marketing, One to Two Years of Experience with Social Media Management, Marketing Experience, Content Creation, Copywriting, Graphic Design, Web Design and Strategy, Data Collection and Analysis, Technology Skills, Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills, Attention to Detail, Self-Motivated, Creative Problem-Solving Skills, Experience with Major Social Media Platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
