Our vacancy will support the Carters manufacturing operation nationally and will recruit predominately waged staff.

**Responsibilities**
- End to end recruitment of roles within our Manufacturing plants nationwide
- Reporting on vacancy levels in your portfolios
- Contributing to improvement initiatives within the Recruitment Team

**Skills Required**:

- Prior experience in recruitment - agency or internal
- An understanding of the latest immigration requirements, visa types and job check process.
- Ability to work on multiple roles at a fast pace
- A genuine love of people and a good process
- A continuous improvement mindset.
