**The Role.**
Reporting to the Head of Contact Centre, this role is your opportunity to step up to a highly influential leadership role, leading, coaching and developing the Auckland based Outbound Sales team towards the achievement of KPIs and performance targets. You will be responsible for executing the CCEP NZ Sales and Customer strategy within the team across the diverse customer portfolio the team manage. The diversity of this role will require you to work collaboratively across several different functions within the business, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
**What do I need?**
You will be an experienced sales professional, ideally with leadership experience in sales. Business acumen will be a key strength, understanding reporting and key business drivers. To be up for this challenge, you will need to be motivated by coaching and developing others. Most importantly, you will have a strong customer service orientation and proven dedication to achieving sales results. With this team being diverse in function, spanning all sales channels and customer contact platforms you will need to be agile in your approach to deliver the best overall outcomes.
