**What’s the opportunity?**
Engage and collaborate with customers to propel business expansion and unlock lucrative prospects for Lumify NZ. In the role of an Outbound Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with prospective clients through impactful phone conversations, showcasing the value of our cutting-edge IT training programs, and successfully finalizing sales transactions. Your primary objective will be to expand our loyal customer community and fuel substantial revenue growth.
**This is a part-time role of 24 hours per week.**
**What will I do?**
- Making outbound sales calls to past and prospective customers who have shown interest in our IT training courses.
- Engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their training needs and career goals.
- Providing information on relevant IT training courses and certifications.
- Communicating the value and benefits of our training programs tailored to each customer's specific needs.
- Referring customer pain points to the sales team for further discussion and conversion.
- Presenting accurate course details, pricing, schedules, and payment options.
- Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and clarifying doubts.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our training offerings and industry certifications.
- Recording all sales interactions and customer information in our CRM system.
- Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Collaborating with the sales team, marketing department, and trainers to share feedback and market insights.
- Continuously improving product knowledge and sales skills through ongoing training and development.
**What have you accomplished?**
- Proven experience in an outbound sales role in a B2B product or service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish a positive relationship over the phone.
- Influencing skills to close the sale over the phone where possible.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Ability to grasp technical concepts and understand the language of our business.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using our CRM and enhancing the quality and currency of our customer data.
- A customer-first mindset and committed to delivering a first-class customer experience.
- High level of integrity and professionalism
