**The opportunity**
We are looking for our next Business Sales Consultant to join our Auckland head office. Our top performing Sales Consultants have come from various backgrounds with no prior sales experience

**What's on offer for you?**
- Base salary of $51k + guaranteed $9k commission + uncapped monthly commission + quarterly bonuses of up to $12.5k. On target earning of $85k+ per year, if you are excelling in your role

**Key Accountabilities**:
You will be selling Employsure's award winning HR, Work Health & Safety and Bright HR SAAS solution, to ensure New Zealand's SMEs are fully supported with their human resources/work health and safety needs through our subscription-based, cost-effective model.
- Contact leads to arrange meetings with prospect clients for your field sales representative to attend
- Achieving set sales targets and objectives
- Ensure high standards of professionalism and customer service, thereby creating referral and intermediary opportunities
- Ensuring that clients understand all aspects of the product and services
