Outbound Territory Manager

Our Opportunity
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Deliver against assigned Route Foodservice outbound and field objectives and account priorities
- Manage pricing to optimise customer opportunities
- Implement product and price strategies within guidelines
- Focus on core range distribution and basket growth, identifying opportunities to deliver sales growth in every call
- Work closely with field team and network to develop your territories potential and manage customers to an appropriate level including the Distributor Managed customer base
- Manage customer expectations in line with Service Level Agreement targets
- Proactively manage customer call-cycles, including moving customers on and off this call cycle as required in line with channel guidelines
- Execution of campaigns, both within and outside of call cycle
- Management of lead pipeline, executing Business Development calls in line with targets
- End to end issue resolution when problem solving with sales cases including delegating to appropriate teams for resolution and following up
- Collaborate with TSM's and team members to adapt call styles quickly and deliver campaign conversion targets
About You
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Ability to manage ongoing relationships
- An ability to maintain customer focus without compromising business/commercial objectives
- Organisational and time management skills
- High accuracy rate when performing data entry tasks
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bi-lingual skills in Mandarin or Hindi while not essential, would be an advantage
