A great opportunity to keep you busy for the summer.
Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Receptionist to join their fast-paced and busy team for 3 months.
This role would suit a confident and professional individual who is comfortable acting as the first point of contact for the business. Therefore, you will have great customer service skills, and the ability to deal with people in a professional manner. In addition to this, your duties will include:

- To provide management and ownership of the front of house; delivering a first-class reception service to all visitors and staff
- To manage the visitor sign-in, notifying staff of their arrival
- Database management
- Assist with organisation events
- Ordering supplies and equipment
- Manage postal duties, outgoing mail and courier services as required
- Ordering of office and kitchen supplies
- Perform ad hoc administration tasks and assist other colleagues

You will have either experience in a customer-facing role and/or administration. In turn, our client offers a professional and fun working environment with supportive training for development.
