**Front Office Manager | QHLG**

**The Role**:
Management of the day-to-day front office operation, including reception and night audit functions, plus liaison with Housekeeping; ensuring that service standards are maintained in these areas, profitability maximized, and customer’s needs met.

***Key Responsibilities**:

- Management of the hotel front office operation
- Management of reservations attended to by reception ensuring the accuracy of room allocations and maximization of yield
- Management of accounts including guest accounts, sales ledger/aged debtors, direct credits and others
- Assist with reception/reservation duties (when necessary)
- Full utilization of the front office property management system

**What we're looking for**:

- Worked in a busy hotel environment preferred but training will be given
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Well presented and take pride in their appearance
- Punctual, organized, systematic and can prioritize.
- Must be able to multi-task and be flexible
- Using their initiative and common sense, be able to problem solve, keep a cool head and able to give clear direction
- Must be commercially aware, technologically capable, have a passion for the industry and the people who work within it.
