**About the role**:
As the Team Leader Front Office you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met by efficiently processing the allocation for arriving and departing guests. Working in a team you will be supporting the Assistant Managers and Front Office Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel in order to achieve our purposes.

- Team Leader Front Officer - Full Time & Part Time Available

**Some of the responsibilities include**:

- Ensures that all Front Office employees provide exceptional guest service at all times.
- Assists the Front Office Management Team in efficiently managing the department.
- To be familiar with the handling of cashiering functions

**Qualifications**:
**What we need from you**:

- The flexibility to work on a rotating 24/ roster, including public holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skills with a strong ability to multi-task
- Good trainer, able to facilitate at all levels.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements.
- University Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is desired.
- Previous work experience in a similar fast-paced hotel operations or reservations environment
- Must have legal working rights in New Zealand for a minimum 1 year period.
