**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
As a Real Estate and Space Manager you will continue to meet the growing space requirements of Te Toka Tumai | Auckland (formerly ADHB)and its services. This is a key role in managing and supporting space utilisation to enable Te Toka Tumai | Auckland to ensure best fit for purpose outcomes.
You will support the Te Toka Tumai | Auckland Real Estate Working Group to detail the best use of the real estate, owned or leased by the Te Toka Tumai | Auckland, to best benefit Patients, Whanau and Staff.
In this role you will develop a medium and long term plans for space to ensure optimal space utilisation for DHB Te Toka Tumai | Auckland sites and develop space usage data to be able to analyse current space and usage to support decision making.
You will lead service / departmental space relocations to ensure best fit for purpose outcomes and manage property matters relating to external leased sites.

**Nga Pūkenga Motuhake | Important Skills**
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 9 - 10 years relevant experience in a same/similar role within a large complex organisation - including project management, planning, and implementation experience.
