We’re looking for a Reporting Analyst to join our Strategy team and help bring Kiwibank’s strategy to life through smart, insightful performance reporting. Reporting to the Head of Business Planning & Performance, you’ll be well supported and guided by the Reporting & Insights Analyst — making this a fantastic opportunity for someone just starting out in their career. You’ll take ownership of our weekly and monthly reporting cycles, delivering clear, data-driven insights that highlight key performance trends, risks, and opportunities. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to define and track meaningful metrics, dig deep on performance drivers, help provide focus on what matters and support strategic decision-making across the business. You’ll also become the go-to expert for our outcome measurement tool (Workboard), playing a key role in business planning activities like Quarterly Business Reviews.

We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Intermediate reporting capability (Excel, PowerPoint, executive-level writing).
- Analytical & curious mindset to interpret data, uncover insights and support evidence-based challenge
- A self-starter attitude with the confidence and openness to learn and adapt.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to being a valuable team player.
