The Corporate and Shared Service (CSS) Group plays a lead role to achieve the Treasury's vision. It is a strategic and operational lead at the centre of the Treasury. The CSS group provides the foundations for Treasury's organisational strategy, ensuring it has the resilience, capability and values that underpin organisational success.
As part of the Central Agencies Shared Services agreement, our directorate, Information and Technology, also delivers timely, quality, and cost-effective services to other agencies. This shared service supports a state sector-wide objective to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of government.
Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role
In this role, you will be part of the IT Service Management team leading the reporting function, working in collaboration with all Information & Technology teams.
Your main focus will be collecting and validating data across I&T, designing, building, and improving reporting processes and products. You will be key to providing meaningful information about our performance, risks, and progress in delivering our IT strategy, as well as providing assurance on the above to our governance entities.
As part of the Service Management team, you will contribute to the team promoting a continuous improvement culture and participate in collecting and maintaining data and information for assigned ITSM practices.
Ō pūmanawa | About You
- A graduate tertiary qualification, preferably for a qualification in statistics, maths, physics, computer science, or other quantitative discipline
- Experience in data collection, analysis and presentation
- Knowledge and experience using reporting tools, data bases and Service Management tools
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationship with a range of stakeholders
