As a key contributor within the Customer Operational Performance & Insights space, the Reporting Analyst will use data to develop reporting output to coordinate, produce and deliver monthly operational performance reports with supporting commentary and insights.

This role is also responsible for managing all adhoc data requests pertaining to CRM, HOP, Genesys Cloud and Local Government Official Information and Meeting Act (LGOIMA) requests.

**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**
- Supports the Senior Analyst to deliver all monthly reporting requirements.
- Supports the Senior Analyst to design and adapt reporting tools to ensure the output presents easily consumable stories.
- Works with leaders across Customer Services and the wider organisation (as required) to coordinate the delivery of relevant and effective commentary.
- Works to correlate information from data sources, operational teams and leaders to support the delivery of coherent and relevant stakeholder reporting.
- Responds to, produces, and delivers output for all adhoc data requests pertaining to CRM, HOP, Genesys Cloud and LGOIMA in line with Data Governance expectations.

As a natural collaborator with diverse audiences, you bring with you an analytical mind, with highly developed operational reasoning. To really stand out in this role you will have at least 2 years experience in business reporting and commentary writing preferably in a customer services/operational environment.

Ideally, you would also have (although this is not a prerequisite for the role)
- Experience in data warehousing, (de)-normalisation, dimensional modelling, and dimensional cube.
- Exposure to Thales data products.
- Experience using Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Qualification in statistics, data management or equivalent and some exposure to BI development and reporting.
