**About the role**:
We are recruiting a Key Account Administrator on a temporary basis with the possibility to move into a permanent position in the future. Supporting the Key Account Manager on a daily basis you will be tasked with background support for clients’ files including updating documentation, scheduling inspections, training & raising service calls.

**Day to day responsibilities**:

- Updating documentation for client files in a timely manner
- Liaising with branches to obtain paperwork and training / compliance approvals
- Raising service calls as required
- Helping to maintain client relationships by answering queries
- Updating and utilising a range of systems including (CMR Pronto, ProntoForms, SharePoint & MS Suite)
- General administration & team support as required

**Start Date**:
At this stage we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible (we are however able to work around a notice period if required).

**Days/ Hours**: 40 hours per week. Monday - Friday.

**About You**:

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills across learning new systems, MS Suite & Outlook
- The ability to adapt and learn quickly
- The ability to work cohesively in a team
- A strong sense of accuracy in your work
