As a Payroll Administrator you will be an integral part of our finance team, responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing for our clients. This role requires a keen eye for detail, knowledge of payroll regulations, and the ability to deliver high-quality service to our diverse client base.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Process end-to-end payroll for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with New Zealand payroll regulations.
Calculate and process statutory deductions, taxes, and KiwiSaver contributions.
Reconcile and verify payroll data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Address client inquiries and provide advice on payroll-related matters.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather necessary payroll information and documentation.
Stay informed about changes in payroll legislation and compliance requirements in New Zealand.
Assist in preparing payroll reports for clients.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator in an accounting or financial services firm.
In-depth knowledge of New Zealand payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
**Education**:
A degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
