Accounts Administrator

After another record year of vehicle sales, Oracle Autos Limited is looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our very successful and busy sales team.
Our accounts and administration officer will have a key role to play in our everyday running of the business. We will offer the following if successful:
- Earn $25 - $35 an hour plus 8% holiday pay, depending on experience.

- Flexible hours between 30-40 hours per week.
Tasks within the role include:
*Allocation of Jobs within the business
*Managing purchase orders from start to invoicing
*Co-ordination of multiple trades
*Capturing work in progress
*Receive and process trade invoices to pass onto the client, ensuring accuracy
*Record management and ensuring correspondence meets standards.
*Customer service
*General experience of administration duties.
*Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
*Excellent organization skills
*Ability to perform date input activities accurately.
*Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems
*Able to listen and make informed decisions
*Punctual and Reliable.

- Credit Control
- Have a minimum of 3 year's accounts administration experience.
- Be a competent user of accounting packages such as MYOB or Xero
- Be an Intermediate-Advanced user of Excel and have accurate data entry skills.

Minimum Hrs: 30, max. 45/week.
**Salary**: From $46,800.00 per year
