As we continue to progress our transformational journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Specialist to join our head office in South Auckland.

**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**

Reporting to the Key Account Team Leader you will primarily support the management of Key Accounts and think with a customer mindset. Your role will entail the below accountabilities;
- Provide excellent service to our Team Global Express customers by responding to enquiries through various support channels.
- Assist the team by handling inbound calls and completing administrative tasks if/when required.
- Accurately communicate all relevant service information to manage customer expectation of service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong internal/external customer relationships, becoming involved in any process improvements to raise quality and service.
- Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Build relationships between Key Account Customers and Team Global Express team members.
- Manage DIFOT (Delivered In-Full, On-Time) reports as per customers’ requirements and expectations.
- Assist with handling inbound calls within the prescribed targets

We are looking for a driven individual who is reliable, resilient and a self-starter. You must be a team player with strong interpersonal skills and capable of prioritising your workload.

Additionally, you will have:

- A minimum of one year experience in a similar role
- Time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have a positive and cooperative attitude towards customers and other employees.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills
- Good computer literacy and data entry skills
- Experience with Genesys Purecloud and / or Salesforce would be beneficial.
