Proven ability to oversee daily activities, optimize seating arrangements, manage staff schedules, and ensure exceptional guest service within these outlets. - Cost and Revenue Management: Demonstrated experience in effectively managing costs and driving revenue within a food and beverage setting. Proficiency in monitoring inventory levels, implementing cost-control measures, and strategizing to enhance profitability while maintaining high-quality offerings. - Menu Development and Innovation: Track record of collaborating with chefs and culinary teams to develop innovative and enticing menus that align with guest preferences and market trends. Proven ability to introduce new dishes and beverages to enhance the dining experience and boost sales. - Event and Banquet Coordination: Previous involvement in coordinating and executing successful events, banquets, and private gatherings. Strong organizational skills to ensure seamless event planning, execution, and guest satisfaction, contributing to enhanced revenue opportunities. - Staff Leadership and Training: Experience in leading, training, and motivating staff to achieve excellence in service delivery.
