**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Strong experience with Microsoft server and desktop in a domain environment.
- Skills in Cloud and SharePoint.
- Knowledge in LAN/WAN hardware, systems integration, and network switch management.
- Familiarity with security concepts and firewalls.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with initiative and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and personal development.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on impact and urgency.
- Experience in managing small projects and contributing to larger team projects.
