A growing cloud-based software start-up company is looking for an IT Support / QA to help support their growing number of customers?
Do you enjoy talking to customers on the phone? Help troubleshooting their IT issues? Want to help & learn QA / software testing?
**What you’ll bring**:
- BEng or BSc or BA or similar degree or not
- 6 months to 2 years basic 1st line (help desk) / 2nd line support experience
- Basic windows support experience
- Enjoy solving technical problems
- Good written English & documentation skills
- Want to learn some QA / get some testing experience?
- Get satisfaction resolving customers issues & sending them away with a smile
- Be part of a fresh new growing company?
- All-rounder who enjoys learning new technologies?
- You'll need a current NZ drivers licence for the occasional customer site visit
