Our client is not your average MSP. With many years in the industry they have a suite of very loyal, long term customers with relationships built on trust, honesty and great delivery of service. They are growing year on year and have an opening now for an experienced Service Desk Engineer.

**What you will do**:
Working at both Level 1 and 2, you will be dealing with a wide range of technical support issues and have the opportunity to work these right through to resolution. You will build capability right across the desktop, network, server and security space, and have future opportunities to grow into Engineering roles.

**Skills and experience we are looking for**:

- At least 2-3 years of experience on a commercial service desk
- The demonstrated motivation to undertake self directed learning
- A strong team ethic - where we’re all in this together
- Outstanding customer service skills
