Mō te tūnga | About the role
As the main conduit between our Corrections Services' teams and the New Zealand Parole Board, the role of Parole Board Liaison Officer is vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the parole review process for offenders in our care. You will thrive in a role where strong working relationships and exceptional customer service are the foundations for success. Proactive in nature, you will be quick to identify and resolve issues, communicating effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure timelines are never compromised.
From the monitoring of review hearing schedules and updating of records to the collation of information and booking of appropriate facilities, your skills will be put to the test.
This role will report the Principal Case Manager and is based at Arohata Prison, Tawa, Wellington.

Utu ā-tau | Salary
The full salary range (85%-120%) is $49,708 - $57,306. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
