**The Role**

The primary function of this role is to deploy various forms of communication to both prospects and customers whether it be via one-off blasts or through automated always on journeys that help to support acquisition, lead nurture or customer lifecycle initiatives through all stages of the funnel with an objective of educating, adding value, improving conversion and activation rates and developing overall loyalty and retention.

The Marketing Specialist will work closely with all ANZ marketing team members, especially the ANZ Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager to ensure consistency of tone of voice and messaging, and alignment to the overall marketing strategy.

**The roles core functions will include**
- Oversee ongoing prospect and customer communication via one-off blasts and automated always on marketing journeys
- Work with various stakeholders, providing recommendations in line with CRM best-in-class practices
- Support the marketing strategic managers by executing upon the refinement of all lead nurture and customer lifecycle marketing journeys
- Support the marketing strategic managers by maintaining a view of the customer journey, ensuring relevant and engaging lead nurture, activation and lifecycle communications are sent timely
- Identify key pain points within the customer journey for campaign activity and intervention
- Analyse and share the results of all campaigns and provide recommendations for testing/optimisation of campaigns moving forward
- Identify & measure value creation through customer marketing initiatives and Manage and analyse customer data, developing insights that help to drive subsequent external communication
