We are looking for a **Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Lead** for one of our clients in Australia : Sydney / Melbourne & Newzealand.

**Short Description**:
Suppose your passion is to work with icrosoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product (entities, workflows and configuration ). Then this role is for you.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Total IT Experience : 10+ years.
- Experience on Dynamics CRM : 6+ years.
- Very proficient on CRM Business Processes in Sales, Service management, and Marketing Automation functionality for CRM Online/Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Extremely good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product (entities, workflows and configuration ).
- Experience in client facing role.
- Experience of requirements gathering, functional analysis, gap-fit analysis, and review of Gap fit done by other functional experts.
- Excellent in verbal and written communication, documentation and presentation skills.
- Authoring and maintaining Functional Requirements document, Functional design document and User Manuals.
- Coaching and guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects.
- Functional unit testing of the implemented solution.
- Ability to provide end user training.
- Exposure to Agile methodology and Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical aspects esp. JavaScripts will be an added advantage.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Auckland City, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
