What will you be doing | Ngā whainga?
The CRM Specialist enables the trade and business events teams to leverage technology to act at scale globally. This includes working with business owners to define the CRM vision, strategy, and roadmap, prioritising and managing the implementation of the CRM roadmap, and enabling marketing automation. You will take responsibility for CRM data governance, providing training to users, and ensuring reporting helps teams identify where to best focus their efforts to delight their customers.
The role provides the conduit between the global teams and the CRM and Marketing automation vendors to deliver a best-in-class CRM system that delivers competitive advantage for Tourism New Zealand.
Ultimately you will be the organisation's CRM and marketing automation champion.
What you will need | Ngā pūkenga mō tēnei tūranga
- A tertiary qualification in an analytical field (maths, data Science, digital marketing) or relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Technical expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Dynamics 365 CRM and Click Dimensions
- Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices, and audience segmentation and journey orchestration.
- Attention to detail, Commercial awareness, strong communications, and problem-solving skills.
