Marketing Automation Specialist - Our client is a Kiwi founded global business offering SaaS solutions to customers of varying sizes and stages, serving different customer profiles within the beauty industry. They have big goals and are ready to achieve them They are looking for a Marketing Automation Specialist to join their team on a 3 month contract. As an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist, you will support day to day execution across the Marketing and Creative teams. You will work hand in hand with the Marketing Automation Manager in areas like designing customer journeys and nurtures, or advising on best practice methods to maximise connection rates. The work is varied and you will have the opportunity to work across a myriad of different communication channels, as well as experiment with new tools or different ways of working. You will take the lead on advising best practice, ideal customer communication experiences and help to execute on campaign briefs across the core MAP tools (Marketo and Pendo). Reference #39194

Regional Marketing Specialist - Our client is a well loved Kiwi apparel activewear brand with a global reach.  They are looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to join their team.  This is an intermediate level role. An execution heavy role working across global marketing teams, you will be supporting the Senior  Marketing Manager to execute the regional marketing strategy and initiatives across all channels and consumer touch points, to drive brand awareness, engagement and regional sales and profit targets. You will work in alignment with APAC and global marketing teams by locally adapting global toolkits and strategy, and work with the Regional Digital teams to ensure omnichannel marketing execution. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years multi-channel marketing experience with experience in a marketing administration role, with experience in a product-based business and ideally in a company with retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels. You will have strong executional and output focus, live by the calendar and can deliver multi-seasonal outputs, across all sales channels. Experienced at getting the best out of the creative process by effective management of communication/PR agencies, and delivering a consistent brand experience across all customer and consumer touch points. Marketing Manager - Reporting to the GM, this role is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing marketing team, ensuring the team helps achieve business goals, strengthens client relationships, and drives business growth. This role spans strategy and execution across multiple marketing channels and requires an understanding of both B2B and B2C purchasing behaviour. The right person for this role will bring creativity, flair and innovation, alongside a strategic and disciplined approach to help the business achieve its vision, managing the marketing strategy, telling the story to build brand recognition, confidence and adoption, and development of the marketing team. This is a small team, and you will be as comfortable on the tools as you are setting strategy, with a focus on end to end content campaigns. You will have experience analysing data and results to develop actionable insights that drive future activity. Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms and the ability to implement AI and automation tools to improve marketing effectiveness. Reference #39169

Content Marketing Executive - You will create clear, engaging content for a range of audiences and channels, coordinate marketing activities across campaigns and events, and help them stay consistent, efficient, and on-brand as they grow. The right person for this role will have 3+ years' experience in content, marketing coordination, or communications. You will have strong writing, editing and proofreading skills, be able to write clearly and confidently for B2B audiences (and adapt for tone or channel) and be comfortable working across a variety of marketing formats and content types. You will be highly organised with strong attention to detail, with experience juggling multiple tasks and timelines. A proactive, collaborative mindset is a must, with bonus points for experience in SaaS, AML/KYC, legal, real estate, or regulated industries and experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools). Exposure to event or campaign coordination and experience organising owned events such as webinars and in-person meetups is preferred. Reference #39165
