- Join our Organisational Development and Learning team as a Training Coordinator and play a key role in delivering high-quality training experiences that strengthen our organisation's capability and performance.
- As the Training Coordinator, you are at the heart of the programmes that you support. You are the go-to person for learners, facilitators, and stakeholders, the one they turn to for guidance, information, and support. You will work closely with others to ensure that training events run smoothly.
- This role is both administrative and people focussed, ensuring that logistics and bookings are sorted, systems are maintained, and learners are prepared and ready to roll.

- This role requires balancing people and projects with professionalism, emotional intelligence, and respect for our Te Ao Maori values.
**What you'll do | He aha tau e mahi ana**
- Coordinate logistics and provide support for in-person and online training events, including onsite troubleshooting.
- Arrange transport, accommodation, venues, catering, and equipment for learners and facilitators.
- Review and improve training materials, systems, and learning technologies to ensure they remain current and effective.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the wider training community to promote learning engagement.
- Develop and maintain reports on training completion and effectiveness to inform decision-making.
**What you bring | Ou pumanawatanga**:
- Excellent organisational and coordination skills - you can juggle multiple priorities with ease and adapt when needed.
- An interest in learning and development, preferably with some experience supporting training events or initiatives.
- Confidence using Microsoft 360, digital tools, and data in your work.
- A willingness to use Te Reo Maori and uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi in your work.
