**About the role | He kōrero whakamārama mō tēnei tūranga**

As our Training Coordinator, you're the maestro behind the scenes—making sure our Support Workers are skilled up and ready to shine. You'll wrangle the CMS like a pro, schedule training sessions that actually stick, and keep communication flowing like a dream. From rostering and follow-ups to teaming up with MySkill and service delivery legends, you'll be the go-to for boosting attendance and ticking off those e-learnings. This is a 6 month Secondment position.

Sample of responsibitilites:

- Responsible for the coordination of training through efficient scheduling practices
- Effective use of client management systems (CMS) as per policy and procedure
- Working with the service delivery team to ensure the right Support Workers are rostered for training, without putting the services at risk
- Confirmation checks with Support Workers to ensure they will attend training/ complete E-learnings
- Liaising with MySkill around the training calendar and the appropriate amount of training sessions required
- Working with Managers and Facilitators around non completion of E-Learning
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records in the CMS in conjunction with MySkill record data base

- Solid rostering experience and confident making schedules that work.
- Competent computer skills—especially Excel (your spreadsheet game is strong).
- A genuine passion about person-centred support.

- A true team player who can problem-solve like a champ and collaborate with ease.
