Recruitment Coordinator in Lower Hutt

Join a dynamic and growing team that delivers quality solutions and expertise to clients. You will work in an organisation that specialises in nationwide logistics. Due to expansion, they are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator.

**Your new role**

Based in the heart of Lower Hutt, you will be working in the People and Capability space, a team of 4, providing recruitment coordination support to best fit each vacancy.
- You will be advertising vacancies, pre-screening, interviewing and reference checking
- Manage the onboarding and exiting process
- Ensuring new starters are inducted, including Health and Safety
- Coordinate training programs nationwide
- Preparing employment agreement letters
- Providing other administrative support when required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least one year's experience in HR administration or, HR qualification (preferred but not essential)
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- You will have an understanding of the Holidays Act, Parental Leave or Employment Law (preferred but not essential)
- You must have the legal right to live and work in New Zealand
