**About the role**

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training and Coordination Lead, Commercial & Industrial (C&I) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the C&I leadership team to develop and implement effective learning and development strategies for our business unit. Your responsibilities will include assessing training needs, coordinating training activities, and ensuring the successful delivery of training programs. Your responsibilities will also include:

- Identify and assess the training needs of the C&I team through job analysis, career paths, and consultation with managers.
- Develop and implement individual and group training programs that address specific C&I needs.
- Create training manuals and materials that produce tangible results.
- Manage the training budget effectively.
- Evaluate organizational performance to ensure training meets business needs and improves performance.
- Select and manage resources, including internal employees and training vendors, to develop and deliver training.
- Keep abreast of training trends, developments, and best practices.

**About you**
- Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced database and computer skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Experience in the energy and/or utilities sector is preferred.
